INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I, the artist, reserve and retain all rights to the commissioned project. You, the client, are purchasing usage rights.
Unless an NDA has been purchased, I reserve the right to use your commissioned project to promote myself for future projects, post on social medias, and create merchandise of (for fanart commissions only).

GENERAL GUIDELINES
Commissions are not a first come first serve basis, and will be subject to approval. I reserve the right to deny a request for any reason, be it inability to carry out or comfort level.
Unless specifically agreed on, all commissions are for personal use only.
Use of my artwork for AI data training or NFTs is strictly prohibited. Failure to adhere to this will result in indefinite public blacklisting.
I have the right to post your finished commission and use it for portfolio work if desired, unless we have discussed NDA terms prior.
You, as the client, are NOT permitted to resell my artwork without proper permission.

PAYMENT & REFUNDS
Commissions are priced in USD.
For commissions ranging from $20 - $85, payments are required upfront through the agreed platform. For higher commissions, I will accept half up front and half upon completion. You will not see any of the finalized product until the final payment is completed. Failure to provide the final half of the payment may result in indefinite blacklisting.
Payments must be fulfilled within one week of placing your commission, or they will be cancelled. I reserve the right to not begin your order until payment is received. Under no circumstances will you receive a sketch prior to receiving payment.
Any Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) needs to be brought to my attention immediately, and will result in a minimum $100 fee.
Commercial usage fees will vary from $20 to 100% of the final cost. You, as the client, must pay for commercial rights if intending to use my work for merchandise and/or streaming/content creation(excluding emotes). Usage of my work on paid content without paying the commercial fee is strictly prohibited and will result in blacklisting.
A complexity fee may be applied to more detailed designs. This can range from $20 - $200 depending on the project.
I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time. There is a strict no refund policy in any other situation.
Chargebacks are explicitly prohibited. Placing a chargeback will result in being placed on a public blacklist with proof, as well as you, the client, forfeiting all ownership of the project and allowing me, the artist, to resell if applicable.

REVISIONS & CHANGES
Revisions are only allowed during the sketch phase.
You will be allowed two free revisions max per sketch. If a third revision is needed, a fee of $20 may occur. Please make sure to be elaborate and clear about what you wish for your piece. Application password is coille.
No changes will be made once the sketch has been approved, unless there is a noticed error. Errors on my part will be fixed for no extra cost. Please do not frame a personal revision as an error.

DEADLINES
Turn around time for a project depends on complexity, and can range from one month to several. Details will be discussed at time of order. Should there be any delays, you will be informed.
After sketch approval, I reserve the right to work in silence until your allotted deadline.
If you are in need of a rush order, there will be a $50 rush fee. Please be sure to state immediately if you are in need of priority.
If you need to rush an order after it has already been placed, the rush fee will be $100. Please gather your deadlines accordingly.

COMMISSIONER RIGHTS
You, the client, have the right to use the artwork for personal purposes (unless commercial fees have been discussed), print as desired (with no intent to sell), and post to social medias with proper credit.
You, the client, may NOT use any project commercially without paying the commercial fee, claim the artwork as your own, remove signatures or watermarks, or modify the artwork without my consent.

BLACKLIST & FINAL NOTICE
Breaking any of the guidelines above will result in a permanent blacklist that will be shared among other artists.
